As a qualified dog trainer and behaviourist, I tailor each walk to your dog's individual needs.

Reactive Dog Walking

Walking a reactive dog can be stressful and overwhelming.

Whether your dog reacts to other dogs, people, bicycles or moving vehicles, they deserve safe, structured exercise with someone who understands canine behaviour.

As a qualified dog trainer and behaviourist, using only positive reinforcement, I provide

one-on-one walks tailored to your dog's individual needs.

My priority is keeping your dog below their threshold whenever possible, allowing them to enjoy their walk while building confidence and making positive experiences.

Every walk is planned with your dog's wellbeing in mind.

I choose suitable routes, manage distance from triggers and adjust the pace to help your dog feel safe and successful.

This service includes:

Individual walks only (no group walks)
Careful route planning to minimise triggers
Calm, patient handling
Enrichment through sniffing and exploration
Reinforcement of calm behaviour and good choices
Regular updates after each walk

Suitable for dogs who:

React to other dogs
Bark or lunge at people or moving objects
Feel anxious or overwhelmed on walks
Need a knowledgeable and experienced handler

Please note: This service is designed to provide your dog with safe exercise and consistent handling. While I reinforce calm behaviours during the walk, it is not a behaviour modification session. If your goal is to reduce your dog's reactivity, I recommend booking a behaviour consultation so we can develop a personalised training plan for both you and your dog.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice: The full session fee may be charged.
If I arrive at the scheduled time and no one is available or I cannot access your dog, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and the full fee will apply.

Weather Policy

Walks will continue in light rain. In cases of extreme weather, such as severe storms or excessive heat, walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or replaced with enrichment activities at home to ensure your dog's safety and wellbeing.
